How to Measure
To ensure the best fit, follow these steps to measure your body:

Height: Stand straight with your feet together and measure from the top of your head to the floor.

Bust/Chest: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust/chest. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

Waist: Measure the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button.

Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the widest part of your hips.

Shoulder Width (Women): Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the edge of the other across the back.
Tip: Use a flexible measuring tape and ensure it remains parallel to the ground. Measure over lightweight clothing for the most accurate results.

Shpping & Return
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment.

Once an order ships, it can no longer be canceled and will be treated as a return.
2. Time-Specific Cancellation Policy

Cancel within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

Cancel within 48 hours of placement for a full refund.

Cancellations beyond 48 hours but within 7 days will incur a 50% restocking fee.

Cancellations after 7 days may incur additional processing fees.

3. Product-Specific Cancellation Policies
Certain categories, such as Victorian Dresses, Marie Antoinette Dresses, Renaissance Dresses, Bustle Dresses, Civil War Dresses, Medieval Dresses, Children’s Gowns, Disney Princess Dresses, Petticoats & Hoop Skirts, Men’s Suits & Blazers, and other made-to-order items, have stricter cancellation rules:

Within 24 Hours of Payment Confirmation: Eligible for a full refund.

24 to 72 Hours after Payment Confirmation: Eligible for a partial refund, including full shipping costs and 50% of the product price.

After 72 Hours: Only shipping costs will be refunded.

Custom Products: Once production begins, these items are no longer eligible for cancellation.
